…that was before we spent the day at the Geneva motorshow this weekend. Then I realized that cars are like most things, when they’re bright colours and shiny new they’re as pretty as anything else.
The great thing about our day out was that there was something for everyone. While hubby read all the boring technical bumph my son drooled over the Ferrari stand and my daughter and I chose our dream-mobile girl fashion – prettiest colour first!
What amazed me was how they got all the cars in there, I’d love to watch a speed up version of installation day, and I'm dying to know who parked this one-
I just loved how clean they all were too, a far cry from my filth-wagon, after spotting a couple of big guys with feather dusters I realised why.
There were old ones,
new ones,
fast ones,
and even some great moving engines that the kids loved,
The only downside was the crowds, not surprising for such a popular event, but I would advise choosing your visiting time carefully.
All in all, a fab day out for all the family.
Had to be done!! Sadly there were no "Bens" (une benne is a truck with hydrolic back bit that lifts up!!)
