Z is for... Zippy

Woop, woop, celebration time!!! The last A to Z challenge post, and, as luck would have it I wanted to tell you all about Zippy.

I don't know if my friends over the water are familiar with Zippy, one of the stars of Rainbow, here's a glimpse if you're not;

 

As you can see from this extract, our hero was a rather chatty lad, hence the fact most of my friends at school called me Zippy a lot.

My brother on the other hand was referred to as captain caveman;

 

More for similarities involving personal hygiene than anything else.

Every morning on the way to work I see a woman out running ( not jogging you Remember), and she reminds me of Penelope Pitstop;

 

If you saw her running you'd know why.

So, which children's TV character were, or indeed, are you and why?

 

To celebrate this last, but not least post in the A to Z challenge I'd just like to remind you that the
